Common questions

Most of these live in the terms of service, where nobody reads them. Here they are in plain sight.

  • What happens if the gate is locked?

If the gate is locked, blocked, or frozen shut, or if there is an unfriendly dog loose in the yard, we cannot clean that visit and the visit is still charged. Leaving the gate accessible on service day is the one thing we need from you.

  • Do you come out in bad weather?

We work in most of it. We do not work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or heavy snow. We try to reschedule inside the same week, and pick up the following week when that is not possible. We may also skip a muddy yard on purpose and come back when it dries, so we are not tearing up your grass.

  • What if the grass is long, or the leaves are down?

Tall grass, leaves, and debris hide waste, and some gets missed when they do. We make it right on the next visit after the yard is cut or cleared. Tell us if we missed something worth mentioning.

  • How do I pay?

Billing happens after each service and is due on receipt. Credit, debit, and ACH run through Jobber, and cash or check works too. An unpaid balance pauses service until it is settled.

  • Which holidays are you off?

Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. A visit that lands on one gets rescheduled.

  • Is there a contract?

The one-time Fresh Start cleanup has no commitment at all. On the recurring plans, the discounted introductory rate asks you to stay for two normal priced visits, and leaving before that carries a $50 early termination fee. That is the whole of it.

Let us take the yard

Tell us how many dogs and roughly how big the yard is, and we will come back with a price. No sales call, no contract to sign for a one-time cleanup.
