Terms of service

Rates and commitment

The cost of one-time cleanings is $70/hr. Initial cleanups are charged in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum.

Customers receive a special reduced rate when signing up for our recurring service (reduced initial cleaning rate and reduced weekly rate) as long as they remain a customer for at least two normal priced services after any introductory offers. Customers who terminate their service before two normal priced service visits will have an early termination fee of $50 charged to their account.

Dog waste removal service

Tactical Turd Team specializes in residential and commercial pet waste removal services. Pricing is calculated based on an average customer property area of an eighth to a quarter of an acre, with additional charges applicable for larger areas.

It is the sole responsibility of Tactical Turd Team to notify a customer if their yard is large enough to require an additional charge before servicing. This agreement does not give Tactical Turd Team the right to retroactively charge an additional fee for a yard that is larger than defined in these terms.

Access to your yard

The Customer understands that inaccessible areas due to locked, blocked, or frozen gates, or the presence of unfriendly dogs, may result in the exclusion of cleaning services for that visit, with charges still applicable.

Leaves, debris, tall grass

While we strive for thoroughness, we acknowledge challenges posed by tall grass, leaves, or debris in locating dog waste. If tall grass obstructs visibility during our visit, some waste may be missed. However, we commit to rectifying any oversights during subsequent visits following yard maintenance. Customers are encouraged to notify us promptly of any significant oversights.

Weather

Tactical Turd Team operates during various weather conditions, except in cases of severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or excessive snowfall. Tactical Turd Team will try to reschedule for the same week. When this is not possible, service will be resumed the following week.

To maintain the integrity of your yard, we may skip service during muddy conditions and resume during drier periods.

Billing

Billing occurs after each service, with payments due upon receipt of the invoice. Tactical Turd Team LLC reserves the right to pause service immediately for any unpaid invoice or overdue balance. Service will resume once the account balance has been paid in full. Accounts with repeated late payments may be required to maintain a different payment schedule or payment method before service is resumed.

Client remains responsible for payment of all completed services performed prior to service suspension. Tactical Turd Team accepts credit, debit, or ACH through Jobber powered by Stripe. Cash or check is also accepted.

Gift packages

• All pre-paid service packages (6 or 12 weeks) must be used consecutively once service begins.
• Service will be performed on a regular weekly schedule agreed upon at package activation.
• Gift package certificates are valid only within Tactical Turd Team's active service area. Service outside the normal route area may require additional travel fees.
• Gift certificates and packages must be redeemed within one year (12 months) of purchase date.
• Packages are non-refundable.
• Yard must be accessible on service days.

Holidays

Tactical Turd Team does not operate on Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Service visits that fall on these holidays will be rescheduled.

Revisions

Tactical Turd Team reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. Certain provisions within these terms may be superseded by notices published elsewhere on our site.
